The hotel boasted an excellent location near the city’s bustling central square, with numerous eateries and shops just a stone's throw away. The hotel was situated in a charming colonial building, and the staff were generally polite, friendly, and willing to help when needed. The breakfast on offer was delicious and made for a solid start to the day. The rooms were usually very clean and well-maintained, with a few minor perks such as comfortable beds and a picturesque view of the nearby town.

Great Location and Beautiful Architecture. Delicious Breakfast. The hotel had a prime location in the heart of the city that was convenient for exploring. The colonial building was stunning and added to the atmosphere of the stay. The breakfast was unbeatable, offering a fantastic start to the day.
Safety Concerns and Room Issues. I had a poor experience with safety concerns since the front door was locked from both sides and the receptionist wasn't there when we arrived.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city and close to all the key attractions. The staff were friendly, always on hand to offer advice and help with any queries you might have. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from.
The room was a little small for my liking and the bathroom was showing its age. My room had a window looking out into the corridor which was not ideal.

My recent stay at El Cid Plaza in Tunja was absolutely fantastic. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right by the main square. The beautiful old colonial building added a charming ambiance to my stay. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and always went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and gave me the perfect start to my day exploring the city.
Although my room at El Cid Plaza was a bit small and the bathroom was a little run down, these were minor matters that did not greatly affect my overall experience.
